Order and Tracking


Do I have to register to place an order?

No, you don’t have to. You can either place an order online as a guest or a registered customer. If you register with us, you can do a quick check out on future orders, easy order tracking, and receive our special offers. If you don’t want to place an order online, you may also place a phone/mail/fax order without creating an online account.

How do I place an order?

Online Ordering
Online ordering is easy. Just follow these steps:

1. Select items and add them to your cart. Find the items you’re looking for by browsing through our categories. You can also search by item Code, name, or keywords. Once you’ve found an item you like, click the “Add to Cart” button.

2. Begin Checkout. When you’re ready to check out, click on the “Shopping Cart” link. To start the checkout process, click “Proceed to Checkout.” If you have not already signed in, you will be taken to a sign-in page where you can log in or choose to continue checkout as a guest.

3. Provide shipping information. Enter your shipping address information as detail as possible. Be sure to include a complete address with landmark if there is any.

4. Provide billing information. If you are paying with a credit card, please enter your credit card information and billing address. We accept the following major credit cards/Debit cards: Visa, American Express. You can also select Net banking facility which is enabled through EBS payment gateway.

5. Review your order. Please take a moment to double-check the billing and shipping addresses, as well as the items you have selected. You can make any necessary changes to your order before submitting it. The order total will display the subtotal, sales tax, and shipping charges for your order. Once you’ve verified that your information is correct, click on “place order.” Your order will be submitted to Kidken Edu Solutions, and your order number will be displayed. An order confirmation—with complete billing and shipping information and a comprehensive list of your purchases—will arrive shortly via e-mail. You will also receive a confirmation when your order has shipped!

Is the information I provide at checkout secure?

The security of our customers’ information is a top priority at Kidken Edu Solutions. To protect our customers from Internet threats, we use 128 bit encrypted SSL Certificate, which will protect customers’ personal information during online shopping transactions. In addition, all information given to Kidken Edu Solutions is kept for internal use only. We do not share, sell or release our customer information to any third parties. All customers’ credit card information will be removed after payments have been successfully completed.

How will I be notified of any back-ordered items?

We are trying our best to keep every item in stock. We have been always maintaining 99% of materials in-stock for fast shipping. If items are back ordered, you will be notified by order confirmation email. Backordered items usually take between 2 – 4 weeks to be in stock. We will ship the back ordered items to you as soon as they arrive.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

At Kidken Edu Solutions, we work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible. Sometimes, your order may be shipped out on the same day you order. Please call us at 080-49537357 or email us to change quantities or cancel an item in your order as long as your order has not been processed.

How do I track my order status?

If you have registered before the order was placed, you may check your order status by logging in to your account and clicking the “My Account” link above the main menu tabs. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from our order processing team.


What are your shipping methods?

We ship the Goods either by Road, Air, Sea.

Do you accept local pickup at your company?

You are more than welcome to pick up your orders during our business hours Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. IST. Please place a phone order with us first and request your order to be locally picked up. No packing charges, shipping and forwarding fee will be applied to your order if picked up locally.


How do I create an account?

1) Click the “Create Account” link at the top right side of our site.
2) Click the “create one” link.
3) Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account.

I forgot my password.

Click the “My Account” link at the top right-hand side of our site. Then put your email address. Your password will be sent your email account within few seconds.

How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.

It is recommended for customers to check products as soon as they receive them. We are unable to accept any returns or exchange wrong products after received later than 30 days. If you received the wrong product, please report to us immediately.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in India. For deliveries outside India, there are no sales tax applicable. However, the receiving country may charge import duty according to their local duty rules and this shall be paid by the customer.
