Easy Returns Policy

We have a 7 day return policy
Please note that the product(s) should be unused, all original tags or labels intact and should be sent back in original packaging along with all parts and a copy of original invoice. To ensure that the quality of the product is maintained, we request you to please make sure that the product(s) are properly packaged when you are returning it. In case of any damages found while we receive the goods, we will not be able to refund you the amount.
If any or all products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable to the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.
We will organize to pick up the returned product(s) from your location. In case we are unable to pick up, you can ship it back to us on the address mentioned in your invoice through a courier service of your choice. We will reimburse the return shipping charges up to Rs.100. To ensure that we can identify and track the product(s) returned by you, please do inform us of the name of the courier company and the courier tracking number/ AWB number/ Docket number. Please note that we will not be able to initiate the refund process if we do not have these details.

Refunds

The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product back in our warehouse and we have completed all quality checks to ensure that the product is unused, in original packaging and in good condition, except of course for the issue described by you. We will refund the entire amount paid by you for the product and the money will be directly credited to your account within 24 hours of reaching the warehouse. Please Note: Shipping Charges are not refundable.
